Rusty Zinn RELEASE: Immediately Rusty Zinn Releases Reggae/Soul CD on Bad Daddy Records NEWPORT BEACH, CA April 10, 2007 - Bad Daddy Records has set an April 10 release date for ReggaeBlue, a dynamic reggae/soul CD by singer, songwriter, guitarist, producer Rusty Zinn. Inspired by the sounds of soul from his youth, ReggaeBlue is Zinn’s most impassioned CD to date and a bold step in his evolution as a reggae/soul artist. Known and respected in the blues community as an icy hot guitarist, Zinn takes a significant turn toward reggae and soul with ReggaeBlue. Supported on six tracks by veteran reggae musicians, Soul Syndicate founding member, Fully Fullwood, with Toni Chin and Santa Davis, ReggaeBlue displays Zinn’s ferocious enthusiasm and love for everything reggae and soul. ReggaeBlue includes eleven stellar originals, all penned by Zinn, and the late 60’s hit “Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You,” performed in a reggae groove. Zinn’s soulful vocals are showcased as never before in this high energy CD. “Zinn’s evolution as an artist began several years ago while Zinn was recording Zinfidelity, Vol. 1 on Bad Daddy Records. ReggaeBlue is a natural progression from Zinfidelity, which was a mix of traditional blues, soul and R&B,” said Jack McCullough, CEO and producer at Bad Daddy Records.
